Navigating the position: Enterprise Systems Manager
We are looking for an Enterprise Systems Manager to lead the strategy and transformation of OneOcean’s internal business systems estate.
This is a senior role with end-to-end accountability across systems, data, integration, and cost. You will play a key part in moving from a fragmented landscape to a single, integrated, and scalable platform environment that supports growth and operational efficiency.
You will work across Finance, Revenue, Customer Operations, Marketing, and IT to align priorities, simplify platforms, and drive consistent outcomes.
Key Responsibilities

Own and transform the systems landscape:
- Lead a multi-year transformation to consolidate and standardise business systems
- Reduce duplication and ensure systems operate as a connected ecosystem
- Own the full lifecycle of systems, from selection to retirement

Define and deliver system strategy:
- Build and execute a clear roadmap aligned to business priorities
- Drive platform rationalisation and removal of legacy systems
- Balance capability, cost, and long-term value

Lead integration and data consistency:
- Define integration strategy and ensure systems are connected end-to-end
- Establish clear ownership of key data (customer, product, financial, subscription)
- Eliminate duplicate data and conflicting sources of truth

Drive simplification and standardisation:
- Translate business processes into scalable system solutions
- Challenge unnecessary complexity
- Enforce standard approaches as systems are consolidated

Own delivery and prioritisation:
- Manage a single, prioritised backlog across all internal systems
- Balance competing business demands
- Ensure delivery through internal teams and external partners

Manage vendors and cost:
- Own system budgets and licence optimisation
- Lead vendor selection, negotiation, and renewals
- Optimise total cost of ownership
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Experience
- Proven experience managing enterprise business systems (ERP, CRM, or similar)
- Experience leading system transformation or consolidation programmes
- Track record of working across multiple business functions
Skills
- Strong understanding of system integration and data flows
- Commercial mindset with experience managing vendors and cost
- Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Strong communication skills with senior stakeholders
Leadership
- Experience leading teams and working with external partners
- Able to take ownership, make decisions, and drive outcomes
- Comfortable operating in a fast-changing, global environment
