Zachary Daniels Recruitment is partnering with an exciting, customer-focused business to recruit an exceptional Entertainment & Experience Manager for a flagship Manchester location.

This opportunity is ideal for a commercially minded leader with a passion for creating unforgettable guest experiences. Whether your background is in hospitality, retail, leisure, visitor attractions, family entertainment, cinemas, gaming, or experiential venues, this role offers the chance to combine operational excellence with exceptional people leadership.

The Role

As Entertainment & Experience Manager, you'll take ownership of the day-to-day operation, ensuring every guest enjoys an engaging, memorable, and seamless experience from arrival to departure.

Leading from the front, you'll inspire your team to deliver outstanding service while driving revenue, operational excellence, and exceptional guest satisfaction. You'll balance commercial performance with creativity, ensuring every visit encourages customers to return.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team focused on delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Drive revenue, profitability, and KPI performance through strong commercial leadership.
  • Create a customer-first culture where service excellence and memorable experiences are at the heart of everything you do.
  • Plan, coordinate, and deliver engaging entertainment, events, or experiential activities that enhance the customer journey.
  • Analyse performance data, customer feedback, and operational metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensure the highest standards of presentation, safety, compliance, and operational execution.
  • Recruit, coach, and develop talent, creating an engaged and motivated team culture.
  • Work collaboratively across departments to deliver outstanding customer experiences and commercial success.
  • Stay informed on local market trends, competitors, and emerging customer experience innovations.

About You

You'll already be working as an Entertainment Manager, Experience Manager, Guest Experience Manager, Operations Manager, Venue Manager, Hospitality Manager, Leisure Manager, or similar leadership role within a fast-paced customer-facing environment.
