Location: Belfast, 3 days/week onsite
Start Date: 10th August 2026
Contract: Full-time, with strong potential for progression
The Opportunity
Join the Elevate Programme and launch your career at a leading professional services organisation. Over 18 months, you will receive structured training, mentoring, and hands-on experience in client onboarding operations. You will work alongside experienced professionals from day one, take on meaningful responsibility, and build skills that enable progression into senior, specialist, or operational roles.
Your Role
Start your career in business operations and data with a role where accuracy matters and your work supports the systems that keep the business moving.
We’re hiring for EDMS - which stands for Entity Data Management System - Analysts through our Elevate Programme in Belfast. This is a strong opportunity for someone early in their career who enjoys working carefully with data, solving problems, and helping keep important processes accurate, consistent, and compliant.
The EDMS team acts as a gatekeeper for UK client and entity data. That means ensuring information is correct across local and global systems and supports key business processes, such as risk, independence, onboarding, and operational decision-making.
If you’re detail-oriented, organised, and interested in how data supports the wider business, this could be a great fit.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll help maintain and manage client and entity data, making sure it is accurate, properly verified, and aligned with internal controls and regulatory requirements
Your day-to-day work is likely to include:
- Maintaining and updating client and entity data across relevant systems.
- Supporting the creation, amendment, validation, and review of data records.
- Monitoring data quality dashboards and helping progress remediation activity.
- Following independence controls to ensure correct checks, approvals, and hierarchy updates are completed.
- Managing data workflows accurately and escalating issues where needed.
- Working with stakeholders across Data, Risk and Independence, and engagement teams to resolve issues and answer queries.
- Supporting process improvements, automation activity, and ways to make the team work more effectively.
- Contributing to project work, including helping assess the impact of policy or system changes.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
