  • Get an in-depth understanding of behavioural analytics and how people are motivated to work.
  • An opportunity for getting operational experience in a start-up and helping build a company from the inside, while learning from some of Europe's most prolific and successful serial-entrepreneurs.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Your responsibility will be:

  • Build an understanding of the FirstMind Talent Discovery tool.
  • Build an understanding of customer pain points, requirements, and value that can be delivered by FirstMind.
  • Learn how FirstMind position solutions to customers relevant to their business needs.
  • Introducing FirstMind Practitioner Courses, feedback sessions and subscriptions to key decision makers.
  • Building successful pipelines of commercial leads.
  • Composting & delivery of customer proposals.
  • Delivering feedback as part of product demo and product deliveries.
  • Initiating intro calls with CEOs, MDs and other key business stakeholders.
