Our mission is to help in distributing intelligence to the world. A1 is building a proactive AI smart assistant for everyday users to bring intelligence to conversations, errands, organising and workflows.
Our product focuses on achieving high reliability for long-running workflows, persistent context, and real-world task completion. The system must handle multi-step reasoning, interact with external tools, and remain reliable despite non-deterministic model behavior.
About The Role
We are looking for an Entrepreneur in Residence to help achieve our mission.
You will work directly with founders and senior leaders on high-priority initiatives across hiring, market expansion, partnerships, operations, and growth.
This role is for highly capable generalists who enjoy solving problems, moving quickly, and taking ownership. We are looking for people who can turn ideas into execution and create meaningful impact from day one.

What You Will Be Doing
Drive high-priority projects across hiring, operations, growth, and market expansion. Build relationships with candidates, recruiters, universities, communities, and external partners. Support new market launches and expansion initiatives. Help identify opportunities and solve operational challenges. Represent A1 at events, communities, and external engagements. Work closely with founders on strategic initiatives. Take ownership of projects from concept through execution.
What You Will Need
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Ability to operate independently with limited structure. Strong execution skills and bias toward action. High ownership and willingness to take on unfamiliar challenges. Comfortable working across multiple functions and disciplines. Strong alignment with A1's mission and ambition.
