Your Responsibilities
As an intern, you’ll contribute to the growth and scaling of businesses, depending on your specific role. Key responsibilities include:
- Recruitment support – Assist with candidate sourcing, interviewing, and talent engagement.
- Strategic networking – Build and maintain relationships with industry leaders, CEOs, and entrepreneurs (e.g., co-founders of major companies).
- Marketing & Social Media –
- Develop and implement social media and marketing strategies.
- Create high-impact content across platforms.
- Data Analysis & Insights –
- Extract, analyse, and interpret key performance data.
- Communicate findings clearly to inform decision-making.

What We Expect From You
We’re looking for driven candidates who bring: ✅ A relentless work ethic and high sense of urgency. ✅ Proactive ownership – You take initiative, follow through, and deliver results. ✅ Humility and passion for building and scaling businesses. ✅ Strong communication skills (fluent in written and spoken English).
Key Qualifications
- Academic excellence – Either have completed, or be near completion of, a bachelor’s degree with outstanding results.
- Relevant experience – Prior part-time employment or involvement in extracurricular projects that demonstrate leadership or skill.
- Analytical rigor – Exceptional attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
Starting Date & Work Arrangements
Commencement: January 2024 Location: On-site at our office (Victoria Station, London) – No remote work options.
