Your Responsibilities

You’ll play a crucial role in building and scaling companies, which may include:

  • Supporting our recruitment function, covering:
    • Candidate sourcing
    • Interviews with potential candidates
  • Building and maintaining industry connections, including:
    • Engagement with key players (e.g., CEOs, entrepreneurs, such as co-founders of Airbnb and Starbucks)
  • Developing and managing marketing and social media content:
    • Developing and implementing social media strategies
    • Creating and overseeing digital marketing initiatives
  • Data analysis:
    • Extracting, analysing, and interpreting data for decision-making

What We Expect From You

We’re looking for candidates with:

  • Exceptional work ethic paired with a high sense of urgency
  • Relentless drive to excel and excel
  • A proactive, take-ownership mindset with strong follow-through
  • Humbility and passion for building and scaling new businesses
  • The following qualifications:
    • Have completed or are near finishing your bachelor’s degree with outstanding results
    • Part-time work or extracurricular experience (proven initiative)
    • Fluid written and spoken English (adaptability key)
    • Exceptional attention to detail
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Starting Date

January 2024 – Mondays to Fridays, all activities conducted on-site at our London office (near Victoria Station). Remote work is not offered.
