Your Responsibilities
You’ll play a crucial role in building and scaling companies, which may include:
- Supporting our recruitment function, covering:
- Candidate sourcing
- Interviews with potential candidates
- Building and maintaining industry connections, including:
- Engagement with key players (e.g., CEOs, entrepreneurs, such as co-founders of Airbnb and Starbucks)
- Developing and managing marketing and social media content:
- Developing and implementing social media strategies
- Creating and overseeing digital marketing initiatives
- Data analysis:
- Extracting, analysing, and interpreting data for decision-making

What We Expect From You
We’re looking for candidates with:
- Exceptional work ethic paired with a high sense of urgency
- Relentless drive to excel and excel
- A proactive, take-ownership mindset with strong follow-through
- Humbility and passion for building and scaling new businesses
- The following qualifications:
- Have completed or are near finishing your bachelor’s degree with outstanding results
- Part-time work or extracurricular experience (proven initiative)
- Fluid written and spoken English (adaptability key)
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Starting Date
January 2024 – Mondays to Fridays, all activities conducted on-site at our London office (near Victoria Station). Remote work is not offered.
