Your Responsibilities
You’ll be part of building and scaling companies, with role-dependent tasks including:
- Supporting our recruitment function (sourcing candidates, interviewing potential hires).
- Creating connections with industry key players (CEOs, entrepreneurs, co-founders of companies like Airbnb, Starbucks, etc.) and maintaining valuable relationships.
- Working on marketing & social media content creation—developing, implementing, and managing our social media and marketing strategy.
- Data analysis—extracting, interpreting, and relaying data for insights.

What We Expect From You
We’re looking for exceptional talent with:

Essential Requirements: ✅ Have, or are in the process of completing, a bachelor’s degree with outstanding results. ✅ Experience from part-time jobs or extracurricular activities. ✅ Fluent in English (written & spoken). ✅ Exceptional attention to detail. ✅ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Starting Day: January 2024 Work Format: In-person (Monday–Friday, in our office near Victoria Station). No remote work available.
