Your Responsibilities
You’ll be part of building and scaling companies, with responsibilities including:
- Supporting our recruitment function, covering candidate sourcing to engaging with potential candidates
- Building and maintaining relationships with key industry players (e.g., CEOs, entrepreneurs, such as co-founders of Airbnb, Starbucks)
- Developing, implementing, and managing marketing and social media (SoMe) content creation strategy
- Conducting data analysis, including extracting and interpreting data for decision-making

What We Expect from You
You need to demonstrate:
- An unparalleled work ethic with a high sense of urgency
- A relentless drive to excel and take ownership of your work
- Full written and spoken English fluency
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Additionally:
- Have or be completing your bachelor's degree with outstanding results
- Possess experience from part-time work and/or extracurricular activities
- Share our passion for building and executing new businesses
Starting Date: January 2024
- Location: Office in London (near Victoria Station)
- Schedule: Monday - Friday, no remote work available
