Your Responsibilities

Your core role will depend on the department, but may include:

  • Recruitment Support

    • Sourcing top-tier candidates
    • Engaging with potential hires
  • Building Industry Connections

    • Forming relationships with CEOs, entrepreneurs, and co-founders (e.g., from Airbnb, Starbucks, etc.)
    • Maintaining valuable professional networks
  • Marketing & Social Media Content Creation

    • Developing and executing strategies for social media and digital marketing
    • Crafting engaging campaigns and staying ahead of industry trends
  • Data Analysis & Insights

    • Extracting and interpreting data effectively
    • Providing actionable insights based on findings

Requirement Criteria & Qualifications

To thrive in this program, you must:

✔ Have a strong academic background—currently completing or recently finished a bachelor’s degree with outstanding results

✔ Be highly self-driven, with a consistent track record of success in part-time work or extracurricular activities

✔ Demonstrate exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills

✔ Fluent in written and spoken English

✔ Possess exceptional attention to detail

✔ Show relentless ambition, taking ownership and driving outcomes independently
