Your Responsibilities
You’ll be part of building and scaling companies, and your role may include:
- Supporting our recruitment function—from candidate sourcing to engaging with potential hires
- Creating and maintaining key industry connections, including relationships with CEOs, entrepreneurs, and figures like co-founders of Airbnb, Starbucks, etc.
- Developing and managing marketing and social media content, including strategy and execution
- Conducting data analysis—extracting, interpreting, and communicating insights

What We Expect From You
You must possess an unparalleled work ethic with a high sense of urgency, a relentless drive, and a desire to excel. Additionally:
- You have, or are near finishing, a bachelor’s degree with outstanding academic results
- Experience from part-time work or extracurricular activities
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Work location: Onsite (near Victoria Station, London) | No remote work offered.
