Coversure is looking for experienced insurance professionals ready to take the next step: from employee to business owner. Build your own brokerage backed by a trusted national brand.

As part of our nationwide broker network, you’ll launch and grow your own Coversure brokerage, leading your business across strategy, staffing, sales and compliance. We’ll support you every step of the way with market access, regulatory compliance, accounts, Acturis, marketing, HR, IT and ongoing business development.

Key responsibilities

As the owner of your Coversure brokerage, you will: Develop and execute your business strategy and growth plan Lead sales, client service, and daily operations Manage and mentor staff, building a high-performing local team Ensure regulatory compliance and quality standards are upheld Monitor performance metrics and financial KPIs to drive profitability Liaise with insurers, clients and central support teams Oversee marketing, local networking and new business development

Key skills and experience

This opportunity is ideal for professionals who: Have 5+ years of UK general insurance broking experience Understand how to grow and manage a profitable insurance book Are comfortable with business planning, sales strategy and goal setting Have managed or mentored people and can lead a team effectively Are confident using systems and data to improve performance Possess strong communication, relationship-building and leadership skills Are entrepreneurial and want to take control of their career by building a business of their own
