Estate Agents & Business Minds Wanted | Build Something Of Your Own
The property industry is changing. More agents are stepping away from the traditional high-street model and looking for something that offers greater freedom, flexibility, and long-term earning potential.
We’re looking to speak with two types of people:
- Experienced estate agents with 3+ years of experience who are ready to build their own business rather than continue climbing the corporate ladder
- Business owners, sales professionals, or entrepreneurial individuals who want to enter the property industry with the support of an established platform behind them
This is not a standard employed position. It’s an opportunity to create your own business within a modern estate agency model that combines independence with training, systems, technology, and ongoing support.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Why People Are Making The Move
Traditional estate agency can often mean:
- Capped progression
- Limited flexibility
- Building somebody else’s brand
- Increased pressure without increased reward
The self-employed brokerage model offers a different route:
- Build your own personal brand
- Work flexibly and independently
- Create long-term income opportunities
- Grow a team around you
- Directly benefit from the work you put in
For experienced agents, it’s a chance to take control of your future. For business-minded individuals and career changers, it’s an opportunity to enter a growing industry with a proven structure already in place.
