Graduate Account Executive

Location: Portland

Salary: £30-35,000 basic + £35,000 to £45,000 OTE

The Opportunity

We are working with a growing shipping and logistics business in Wellingborough that is looking to bring in a Business Development Executive to join their team.

This is a fantastic entry point into a high earning sales career. No previous experience is required. What matters most is your attitude, communication skills, and drive to succeed.

You will take ownership of the full sales cycle, from first contact through to closing deals and building long term client relationships.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Identifying and reaching out to new business prospects
  • Building strong relationships with potential and existing clients
  • Managing the full sales process from lead generation to close
  • Understanding client needs and presenting tailored logistics solutions
  • Negotiating and closing deals with confidence
  • Maintaining accurate records of your activity and pipeline
  • Working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery
