Account Manager Epsom | Hybrid (3 Days in Office) £30,000 Base + £15,000 OTE (Year One)
The Opportunity

We're looking for a driven and people-focused Account Manager to join a fast-growing SaaS business in Epsom. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to work in a commercial environment where progression is based on performance.
You'll manage a portfolio of existing customers, building strong relationships, driving renewals, protecting revenue, and identifying opportunities to grow accounts.
What You'll Be Doing
- Managing a portfolio of approximately 150 existing customer accounts.
- Building strong relationships and becoming a trusted point of contact.
- Leading renewal conversations and securing contract extensions.
- Identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
- Protecting revenue by proactively identifying churn risks.
- Working closely with internal teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Monitoring account performance and customer engagement.
- Maintaining accurate records and account plans.

About You
We're looking for someone who is:
- A confident communicator who enjoys building relationships.
- Ambitious, motivated, and eager to learn.
- Commercially minded with an interest in sales and account growth.
- Organised and capable of managing multiple priorities.
- Proactive with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Looking to develop a long-term career in a growing business.
Previous Account Management experience is not essential. Full training and ongoing support will be provided.
