Epsom | Hybrid (3 Days in Office)
£30,000 Base Salary + £15,000 OTE (Year One)
Are you looking to kick-start your career in a fast-paced, growing business? We're looking for a motivated and ambitious Junior Account Manager to join our expanding team in Epsom.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone at the beginning of their sales or customer-facing career. You'll receive full training, ongoing support, and clear progression opportunities while learning how to manage client relationships and drive commercial growth.
What You'll Be Doing
- Building relationships with an existing portfolio of customers
- Acting as a friendly and helpful point of contact for client enquiries
- Supporting account renewals and helping customers get the most from their service
- Identifying opportunities to introduce additional products and services
- Working closely with internal teams to deliver a positive customer experience
- Keeping customer records up to date and monitoring account activity
- Learning key account management and commercial skills from experienced colleagues

About You
We're looking for someone who is:
- A confident communicator who enjoys speaking with people
- Eager to learn and develop a career in sales, account management, or customer success
- Positive, enthusiastic, and self-motivated
- Organised and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Comfortable working towards goals and targets
- A team player with a strong work ethic
No previous account management experience is required. Whether you're a recent graduate or have some experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, sales, or another customer-facing role, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Receive
