Account Manager

Location: Epsom, Surrey (Hybrid working with 3 days in the office and 2 days from home)

Salary: £30,000 basic salary plus uncapped commission

We are seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Junior Account Manager to join our team in Epsom. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to break into B2B sales, with full training provided and no previous sales experience required.

You will manage a portfolio of existing client accounts while also identifying opportunities for growth and new business. This role offers the perfect balance of account management and business development, allowing you to develop valuable commercial skills in a supportive environment.

The Role

  • Manage and develop an existing portfolio of customer accounts
  • Build strong relationships and become a trusted point of contact for clients
  • Identify opportunities to increase revenue within existing accounts
  • Support new business activity through warm leads, referrals, and customer introductions
  • Work closely with internal teams to deliver an excellent customer experience
  • Learn and develop professional B2B sales skills through structured training and mentoring

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

  • Confident speaking with customers and stakeholders
  • No previous sales experience required
