Piper Companies is seeking an Entry Level Administrative Executive Assistant to support the President of a temporary housing organization that assists policyholders displaced by fire, water damage, or other natural events. This role requires strong organization, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with excellent verbal and written communication. The Entry Level Administrative Executive Assistant will sit on site 5 days a week in Greenwich, CT.
Responsibilities for the Entry Level Administrative Executive Assistant
- Provide direct administrative and operational support to the CEO by collecting key information, shifting priorities as needed, and coordinating efforts with the broader team.
- Transform emails, conversations, and meeting notes into structured spreadsheets, trackers, and actionable items to drive execution across the organization.
- Maintain professional communication with clients and external partners while assisting with overall operations and administrative responsibilities.
- Confident and comfortable communicating with policyholders and stakeholders over the phone.

Qualifications for the Entry Level Administrative Executive Assistant
- 1-3 years of experience in administrative support, executive assistance, operations, or customer-facing roles preferred
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail; adaptable and able to manage changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills, high level of accuracy in work, and a dependable follow-through mindset

Compensation for the Entry Level Administrative Executive Assistant
- $57,000-$60,000
- Comprehensive benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), PTO, holidays, and sick leave as required by law
