Do you have a keen eye for detail and enjoy collaborating with others? We’re looking for an Entry Level Administrator to join our Employee Benefits team in Manchester, supporting consultants and client relationship managers in delivering outstanding service to our clients. Reporting to a Team Leader, this is an ideal first step into a career in employee benefits with a well-established company.
What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting consultants and CRMs in managing client portfolios
- Proactive administration of client affairs and maintaining accurate records
- Building strong relationships with client employers and listening to their needs
- Working within pensions regulatory requirements and company procedures
- Managing your workload to meet agreed service standards and attending training

What we’re looking for:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and MS Office proficiency
- Ability to proofread and format correspondence to a high standard
- Ability to work well under pressure with a positive, can-do attitude
