An 'on the job' training opportunity, learning the basics of Tenancy Administration whilst carrying out the role. As part of the Tenancy and Property Management Teams, provide consistently excellent service to drive the growth and retention of Landlords and our Lettings portfolio.
Salary: £26,000-£28,000 DOE
Location: Feltham
Hours: Monday-Friday 8.30am-5.30pm - office based full time
Admin Experience Desirable, But Not Needed
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with your Tenancy Administration team ensuring all properties are legal, safe and ready for occupation.
- Deliver a five star service to our landlords and tenants through the life cycle of a tenancy.
- Ensure check-ins and check-outs are booked.
- Remain up to date with relevant legislation.
- Resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
- Ensuring our database is kept up to date with accurate information and log notes.

Requirements & Skills
- Willingness to learn, take instruction and assist wherever needed.
- Enthusiastic, 'Nothing is too much trouble' attitude.
- Logical thinking with creative problem-solving aptitude.
- Well presented.
- Preference for customer service experience.
- Has a professional approach, demonstrating high levels of integrity with great attention to detail.
- Organised, with a flexible approach to a varied workload particularly during busy periods.
- Confident, with excellent communication skills, using the telephone as first point of contact.
- Able to demonstrate initiative along with a 'can do' approach.
