All engineers at DMC focus on programming and software solutions, including:

Controls programming, including:
- Food and beverage processing and packaging
- Automotive assembly lines
- Packaging machinery controls

Design and develop automated test systems using:
- LabVIEW
- TestStand
- C#
- Python For a variety of industries and applications, including:
- EV battery testing
- Aerospace and rocket systems
- Turnkey and cloud-enabled test and measurement systems

Consult with clients on status updates

Maintain positive rapport while addressing client requests

Travel to customer manufacturing sites for solution commissioning, including troubleshooting electrical and mechanical systems

Collaborate with project teams of varying sizes and experience levels

Assist senior engineers in scoping, estimating, and proposing new projects

Manage tasks with project teams, prioritizing needs, and addressing risks and roadblocks

Develop and grow leadership skills

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Computer Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum GPA of 3.4
- Interest and ability in programming with:
- Text-based languages
- Object-oriented concepts
- Quick learner with a strong desire for continuous improvement
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for internal and external collaboration

- Compensation: Based on relevant experience, industry and location standards
- Salary Range: $87,500–$97,500 USD
