Responsibilities
- Focus on programming and software solutions for diverse engineering challenges, including:
- Controls programming for food and beverage processing, packaging, automotive assembly lines, and packaging machinery controls
- Design and development of automated test systems in LabVIEW, TestStand, C#, and Python
- Client collaboration on status updates, maintaining strong rapport while addressing project requests
- On-site troubleshooting and solution commissioning at customer manufacturing sites
- Collaboration with project teams of varying sizes and experience levels
- Assistance to senior engineers in shaping and estimating new projects
- Task management, prioritization, risk assessment, and addressing roadblocks
- Development and growth of leadership skills
Note: 25–50% travel may be required, with potential for additional benefits based on travel commitment.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum GPA of 3.4
- Proficiency in text-based programming languages with an understanding of object-oriented concepts
- Ability to learn quickly and demonstrate a strong desire for continuous improvement
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration (internally and externally)
Additional Information
- Compensation: Based on industry experience and location standards.
- Salary Range: $87,500–$97,500 USD
