All engineers at DMC focus on programming and software solutions, including:
- Controls programming for:
- Food and beverage processing and packaging systems
- Automotive assembly lines
- Packaging machinery controls

Design and development of automated test systems using:
- LabVIEW
- TestStand
- C#
- Python For industries including EV battery, aerospace, and rocket, turnkey, and cloud-enabled test and measurement systems.

Client engagement: Providing status updates while maintaining positive relationships and addressing technical requests.

Fieldwork: Travel to client manufacturing sites for solution commissioning, troubleshooting and addressing electrical and mechanical systems challenges.

Collaboration: Work with project teams of varying sizes and experience levels.

Project support: Assist senior engineers in scoping, estimating, and proposing new projects.

Task management: Work with project teams to prioritize needs, manage risks, and navigate roadblocks.

Note: This role requires 25–50% travel, with additional benefits for higher travel commitment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum GPA of 3.4.
- Interest and proficiency in text-based programming languages and object-oriented development concepts.
- Strong desire for continuous improvement and adaptability.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills for internal teamwork and client interactions.
