Role Overview
Position: Entry-Level Business Development Executive Location: Hybrid (5 days per week in our dog-friendly London office, The Bower, The Tower, 207 Old St, London, EC1V 9NR)

Reporting to: Team Lead, collating with Commercial teams and potential business partners.
You will be fully responsible for bringing in new business while contributing strategically to global expansion efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Core Duties:
- Achieve KPIs: Consistently hit sales targets
- Outreach & Engagement:
- Proactively connect with key decision-makers via:
- Phone outreach
- Email campaigns
- Social engagement touchpoints
- Conduct in-person meetings as needed
- Proactively connect with key decision-makers via:
- Sales Customisation:
- Sell products & services through product demonstrations to both new and existing partners
- Align solutions to partners’ cost-benefit analysis and specific needs
- Sales Cycle Management:
- Oversee the entire sales process—from prospecting to successful close
- Partner Relations:
- Act as the primary contact for partners, handling all commercial activities
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless partner experiences
- Market Intelligence:
- Provide insights into emerging industry trends
Other Deliverables:

What We’re Looking For
Essential Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in B2B sales, with a proven track record of success
- Strong preference for SaaS, online marketplaces, or payment platforms
- Demonstrated passion for relationship building (let other team members vouch for your tenacity!)
- Ability to multitask efficiently
- Punctuality
- Strong communication skills (written & verbal)

Interview Process
Timeline:
Our goal is to complete the interview process and share feedback within 2 weeks.
Steps:
- Screen Call: 30-minute video interview with Talent Team
- Skills & Experience Call: 30-minute interview with Team Leads (video or in-person)
- Presentation Assessment: 60-minute probing conversation with Team Leads (in-person) + relevant General Manager
