Business Development Representative (SDR)

£28,000–£32,000 base + commission

Build your career at the forefront of tech & cybersecurity.

This is a rare opportunity to join a fast-scaling, well-funded technology business operating at the intersection of AI, IT, and cybersecurity.

As a Business Development Representative, you’ll play a key role in driving growth, sitting at the centre of the go-to-market team and helping build early pipeline in a high-performance environment.

If you’re commercially curious, ambitious, and motivated by progression, this role will push you to grow quickly and meaningfully.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential customers, acting as the first point of contact and creating high-quality opportunities for the sales team.

Working closely with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations, you’ll gain direct exposure to enterprise-level sales and benefit from structured onboarding, ongoing coaching, and hands-on learning.

This is a foundational position with clear progression into Account Executive, Customer Success, or broader GTM leadership roles.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
