About the Role

As Content Writer, you’ll take ownership of our content strategy while pushing boundaries in a fast-moving startup. Working in-person in London, you’ll operate at your best—constantly evolving, inspired by our high-performing team, and given full potential to grow.

Key themes of the role include strategy and execution for marketing channels, analytics-led decision-making, and collaborating cross-functionally to amplify our brand.

Responsibilities

Your scope will be diverse but core tasks include:

  • Email marketing

    • Oversee copy, design, and optimisation for newsletters, updates, and promotions.
  • Social media growth

    • Lead LinkedIn (principal channel) content experimentation and expansion.
    • Leverage and develop YouTube, Twitter as part of our strategy.
  • Graphic design (with training)

    • Maintain visual identity across all marketing channels.
  • Website development

    • Improve UX, SEO, and launch new formats that reflect our brand.
  • Analytics

    • Drive continuous improvement by tracking performance metrics and KPIs.
  • Paid advertising (PPC) management

  • Synergy with teams

    • Collaborate to identify and share impactful content within the organisation.

Requirements & Expectations

Minimum: ▪ Ability to work in the UK (work permit required). ▪ Current bachelor’s or master’s degree, or actively enrolled in higher education.

Must-haves: ▪ Proactive, self-driven, and displays urgency. ▪ Strong written and verbal communication. ▪ Unflagging organization and ability to prioritise work. ▪ An owner’s mindset—proactive, delivers impactfully, and follows through.

Note: Training will be provided—experience is not strictly a prerequisite if passion and potential are there.
