Role Description
The Entry-Level EFL Tutor (Online) is a full-time remote role focused on teaching English to learners of various ages and proficiency levels via online platforms. Day-to-day tasks include:
- Planning and delivering engaging online lessons
- Following provided curricula or creating simple lesson plans
- Helping learners improve speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills
- Monitoring student progress
- Providing constructive feedback
- Maintaining accurate records of attendance and performance

Additional responsibilities may include:
- Communicating with learners and, when applicable, their caregivers
- Participating in training or coaching sessions
- Using digital tools to enhance the online learning experience
Qualifications
- Strong English language skills, including clear spoken communication and accurate grammar and writing
- Basic digital literacy skills, such as using video conferencing tools, interactive platforms, and online resources
- Reliable internet access
- A quiet teaching environment
- Basic hardware (computer, headset, webcam)
