Role Description
The Entry-Level ESL TA ONLINE (GMT+6) role is a full-time remote position supporting online English language classes. Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Assisting lead teachers during live online lessons
- Managing breakout rooms
- Monitoring student participation
- Responding to learner questions in chat
The role involves:
- Preparing and organizing teaching materials
- Helping with basic lesson planning
- Supporting grading or feedback on student assignments as directed by the lead teacher
- Helping with simple translation or clarification tasks when appropriate
- Maintaining clear communication with learners and teaching staff
- Providing courteous, timely customer service to students and caregivers

Working in the GMT+6 time zone, the teaching assistant is expected to be punctual, reliable, and comfortable using online classroom and communication tools.
Qualifications
- Strong English Teaching and Assistant Teaching skills, with a genuine interest in supporting language learners in an online environment.
- Effective Communication abilities, including clear written and spoken English and the capacity to interact professionally with learners
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional remote work environment aligned with GMT+6 teaching schedules.
