Role Description
The Entry-Level ESL Tutor (Online) role is a full-time, remote position focused on teaching English to learners of varying ages and proficiency levels via online platforms. Day-to-day tasks include:

- Planning and delivering interactive lessons
- Guiding learners through speaking, listening, reading, and writing activities
- Adapting teaching methods to meet individual student needs
- Providing constructive feedback
- Monitoring learner progress
- Maintaining accurate records of lessons and assessments
Additional responsibilities may include:
- Preparing digital teaching materials
- Communicating clearly with learners and their caregivers
- Participating in periodic training or performance reviews to enhance teaching effectiveness

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in English to deliver clear, structured lessons.
- Reliable internet connection, appropriate quiet workspace, and suitable equipment (computer, headset, webcam).
- Demonstrated patience, cultural sensitivity, and a learner-focused approach; prior teaching or mentoring experience is beneficial but not required for entry-level candidates.
