Role Description
The Entry-Level ESL/EFL Online TA (GMT+6) is a full-time, remote role supporting online English classes for learners of various ages and proficiency levels. The TA will assist lead teachers in preparing lesson materials, organizing digital resources, and managing online classroom tools. Daily tasks include:
- Monitoring student participation
- Answering learner questions
- Supporting group activities in virtual classrooms
- Providing feedback under the guidance of the lead teacher

The TA will help track student progress, maintain accurate records, and communicate with learners in a clear, encouraging manner. The role requires reliable availability in the GMT+6 time zone and a commitment to creating an inclusive and supportive online learning environment.
Qualifications
- Patience, cultural sensitivity, and an interest in supporting learners from diverse backgrounds
- Consistent access to a reliable internet connection, a quiet workspace, and appropriate hardware (computer, headset)
