Role Description
The Entry-Level ESOL Online Tutor (GMT+6) is a full-time remote role focused on delivering engaging English lessons to learners of varying ages and proficiency levels.
Day-to-Day Tasks
- Planning and conducting live online classes
- Following provided curricula
- Adapting lesson materials to meet individual learner needs
- Assessing student progress
- Providing constructive feedback
- Maintaining accurate records of attendance and performance

- Communicating professionally with learners and, where applicable, guardians
- Participating in training sessions
- Ensuring a stable teaching environment that aligns with the GMT+6 schedule
Qualifications
- Strong command of spoken and written English and clear online communication skills
- Reliable high-speed internet, a quiet workspace, and proficiency with video-conferencing tools
- Ability to work full time on a GMT+6 schedule and manage time effectively in a remote environment
- Experience with diverse learners and a patient, inclusive approach to language teaching is an advantage
