Graduate Executive Search Consultant – G&E Group (Leeds)
Start Date: January 2026
Salary: £26,000–£35,000 base | OTE Year 1: £55,000+
G&E Group is a specialist Executive Search firm with offices across the UK, partnering with innovative companies within the Electrical and Energy industries in USA. We connect exceptional talent with organisations driving the future of clean energy and infrastructure.
We’re now looking for ambitious graduates to join our growing team in Leeds as Executive Search Consultants, where you’ll gain the skills, training, and experience to build a high-impact career in executive search and talent consulting.
The Role
As a Consultant, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-impact recruitment and advisory projects. You’ll:
- Work closely with clients to understand their business objectives and talent strategies
- Research, identify, and engage with senior-level professionals across specialist markets
- Conduct interviews and assessments to match candidates with the right opportunities
- Manage recruitment processes end-to-end, from initial brief to offer and placement
- Build lasting relationships with clients and candidates while developing your own sector expertise
