Imperium Global (G&E Group)
Oxford Circus, London - in office 5 days a week, no hybrid
Hiring for July & September start dates.
If you want a graduate role where your work actually matters, keep reading.
Imperium Global is a specialist executive search firm operating in industries that quite literally shape the world around us: construction, infrastructure, renewable energy, advanced tech, and data centres. We specialise in the US, working with senior leaders and companies generating billions in revenue, helping them hire the people who drive major projects forward. We're looking for driven, personable graduates (max 2 years from graduation) to join us as Executive Search Consultants and shape the future of Imperium.
Why this is different from most graduate roles
- You’re speaking with decision-makers from day one.
- No endless admin or coffee-run stereotypes. You’ll work directly with founders, directors, and C-suite candidates across the US.
- You can progress ridiculously fast. Everyone at Imperium started at entry level. Many consultants become managers within a year, and the path to Managing Director is genuinely achievable in under five years for top performers.
- The earning potential is real. Commission goes up to 60% (compared to the industry standard of 30%), and consultants often earn £50k+ in a single month. Some of them are in their first full year in the job.
- You’ll build commercial skills most grads don’t get for years. Negotiation, sales strategy, relationship building, interviewing senior leaders, and understanding how major businesses operate globally.
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
