- Support Financial Advisers and Paraplanners with day-to-day administration
- Prepare client meeting packs and documentation
- Submit new business applications and monitor their progress
- Liaise with clients and providers via phone and email
- Process letters of authority and obtain policy information
- Maintain accurate client records and update the back-office system
- Arrange client meetings and assist with diary management

About You
We’re looking for candidates who can bring:
- Previous administration or customer service experience
- An interest in financial services and wealth management
- Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
- A confident communicator with a professional approach
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
