What you’ll be doing:
- Leading by example in customer-facing sales and campaign activity
- Coaching and developing a small team of representatives to hit daily and weekly goals
- Monitoring performance metrics and providing feedback to improve results
- Supporting client representation, brand awareness, and customer engagement across projects
- Participating in leadership workshops and management development sessions
- Contributing ideas for continuous improvement within the sales process
