We’re a fast-growing offline marketing and customer acquisition company based in Birmingham, representing nationally recognised brands across a variety of industries. We’re looking for motivated individuals to join our Entry Level Management programme, designed to develop future leaders through hands-on experience, professional training, and performance-based progression.

This is an excellent opportunity for graduates, career changers, or anyone looking to build valuable business, leadership, and management skills in a supportive, fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Representing leading brands through face-to-face customer acquisition campaigns
  • Building relationships with new customers while delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Learning effective sales, marketing, and business development strategies
  • Developing leadership, communication, and coaching skills
  • Working closely with experienced managers and mentors
  • Supporting team performance and campaign objectives
  • Taking part in daily training sessions and personal development workshops
