We’re a fast-growing offline marketing and customer acquisition company based in Birmingham, representing nationally recognised brands across a variety of industries. We’re looking for motivated individuals to join our Entry Level Management programme, designed to develop future leaders through hands-on experience, professional training, and performance-based progression.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Representing leading brands through face-to-face customer acquisition campaigns
- Building relationships with new customers while delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Learning effective sales, marketing, and business development strategies
- Developing leadership, communication, and coaching skills
- Working closely with experienced managers and mentors
- Supporting team performance and campaign objectives
- Taking part in daily training sessions and personal development workshops
