Watford | Full-Time | In-Person

Step Into a Career with Real Growth Potential

At The Atlas Collective, we believe success is built — not handed out. That’s why we’re offering one ambitious individual the chance to begin an exciting, hands-on career journey as an Entry Level Management Trainee in Watford branch.

If you’re motivated, people-focused, and ready to learn, this role offers the ideal foundation to develop valuable business, sales, leadership, and communication skills. No prior experience is needed — just a great attitude and the drive to succeed.

About the Role

As an Entry Level Management Trainee, you’ll be introduced to every aspect of how our business operates. This face-to-face role gives you the opportunity to work directly with customers, support daily operations, and develop a strong understanding of sales and leadership from the ground up.

You’ll receive structured training, on-the-job coaching, and guidance from experienced mentors who will help you grow your confidence, skillset, and career potential.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Engaging with customers directly at event sites, retail spaces, or pop-up locations, or residential areas delivering excellent service and building positive first impressions.
  • Presenting products and services confidently, answering questions, and helping customers find the best solutions for their needs.
  • Learning the full sales cycle — from lead generation and outreach through to closing sales and managing ongoing relationships.
  • Collaborating with team leaders to plan and execute sales strategies that boost performance and meet daily and weekly goals.
  • Assisting with team management tasks such as training new starters, supporting group targets, and tracking progress across campaigns.
  • Analysing performance data and customer feedback to identify patterns, improve processes, and share insights with senior staff.
  • Contributing to company projects that strengthen customer experience, brand awareness, and team results.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
