About the Role
This is a genuine starting point for someone who wants to build a career in business management. You’ll begin by learning how our campaigns run and how to connect with customers directly. As you progress, you’ll develop communication, organisation, and leadership skills that prepare you for managing a team and working closely with clients.

What you’ll be doing
- Supporting client campaigns and brand promotions
- Speaking directly with customers and representing our clients professionally
- Taking part in training sessions focused on leadership and performance
- Learning how to manage a team and drive consistent results
- Setting goals, measuring progress, and celebrating achievements along the way

We’re looking for someone who can commute to Southampton each day and is ready to start soon.
