The Role
As an Entry Level Manager you’ll receive structured, hands-on training designed to fast-track your development into a leadership position. You’ll gain real experience in customer acquisition, team development, and business operations, learning directly from experienced mentors who have already walked the same path.
This is not a classroom-based programme. It’s practical, people-focused, and performance-led, ideal for someone who wants to learn by doing and progress quickly.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing sales and marketing campaigns, supporting team performance and client satisfaction.
- Learn and apply proven customer engagement and sales techniques.
- Analyse market trends to identify new opportunities for client growth.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to design and implement campaign strategies.
- Develop communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills through guided mentorship.
- Work towards progression into a management role based on merit and performance.
