Entry Level Marketing – Leadership & Progression
BasePoint | Full-time | London (On-site)
Compensation: £25,000 – £45,000

BasePoint runs face-to-face marketing and customer acquisition campaigns for major UK household brands — including EE, BT, and British Gas. We're expanding our London team and looking for driven individuals who want to build genuine marketing, communication, and leadership skills from day one.

The Role
This is a field-based marketing position built around direct customer engagement and brand representation. Day to day, you'll be:
- Engaging customers in residential and event environments
- Representing established brands professionally and confidently
- Communicating products and services clearly
- Supporting the delivery of live marketing campaigns
- Working within a performance-focused team

Who We're Looking For
You don't need a degree or a sales background. You do need:
- A genuine interest in people and communication
- A preference for hands-on, active work over desk-based roles
- A competitive edge and a willingness to be coached
- Full-time availability and the ability to work on-site in London
Experience in hospitality, retail, events, or customer service is a plus — but plenty of our best performers came in with none of it.

- Working hours vary depending on campaign schedules
- OTE reflects realistic on-target earnings for full-time performers
