About Event Flow London

At Event Flow London we are looking to speak with someone who wants more than routine work. Someone who is ready to develop real world skills, gain practical experience, and grow within a positive and ambitious environment.

As our London team continues to expand, we are opening an entry-level opportunity within face-to-face marketing for someone who values learning through action rather than theory alone.

About the Role

You will be working across busy campaign environments, venues, and promotional spaces, engaging directly with customers and representing brands through confident and professional conversation. This is a people-focused environment where each day brings new interactions, new challenges, and genuine development.

From the beginning, the focus is on hands-on learning. Daily coaching, structured workshops, and real-time guidance from experienced team leaders provide the foundation for continuous growth. Through live campaign exposure alongside structured development, you will build communication skills, resilience, and the confidence to guide conversations naturally from introduction through to outcome.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
