Entry Level Marketing Assistant

As we expand across Southampton, we’re looking for someone energetic, friendly, and eager to learn to join us as an Events and Marketing Assistant.
This opportunity suits someone who enjoys working with people and wants to build practical experience in marketing, customer engagement, and leadership. You’ll be part of a lively team that represents clients at events, promotions, and residential campaigns across the city. Every day brings something new, and you’ll be learning while earning.

We’re looking for someone who can commute to Southampton daily and start soon. Everyone in our team works on a self-employed basis with an uncapped commission earnings structure. This means you’re rewarded directly for your results and have full control over your income. Our team love this model because it gives them freedom and flexibility while they grow.
