What You'll Be Doing
Brand Representation & Customer Engagement
- Represent client brands professionally and confidently through direct customer interactions.
- Deliver engaging customer experiences that strengthen brand awareness and loyalty.
- Build positive relationships with consumers while promoting client products and services.

Marketing Campaign Support
- Assist with the execution of customer acquisition and brand awareness campaigns.
- Work alongside experienced team members to achieve campaign objectives.
- Contribute creative ideas and feedback to support campaign success.
Market Research & Analysis
- Gather customer feedback and market insights to help improve campaign performance.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity.
- Support reporting and performance tracking initiatives.
Professional Development
- Participate in ongoing training focused on marketing, communication, sales, and leadership skills.
- Develop confidence in customer engagement, relationship building, and campaign execution.
- Gain exposure to different areas of the business while building a strong foundation for future career growth opportunities.
What We're Looking For
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Confidence working with people in a customer-facing environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to personal development.
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, retail, hospitality, marketing, or other customer-facing roles is beneficial but not required.
