Job Title

We're looking for a highly organised and proactive Marketing Executive who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys bringing multiple campaigns and projects together. You'll be detail-oriented, confident working with a wide range of stakeholders, and passionate about ensuring marketing activity runs smoothly from planning through to delivery.

In this role, you'll support the delivery of marketing campaigns and content across M&S Fashion, Home & Beauty. Working closely with Marketing, Buying, Merchandising and Production teams, you'll coordinate campaign activity, create and manage briefs and trackers, oversee shoot preparation and logistics, manage product samples, and support the artwork and imagery approval process. Acting as a key point of coordination across teams, you'll ensure all assets, information and products are delivered accurately and on time, helping projects stay on track and meet critical path deadlines.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational and relationship-building skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.

Key responsibilities

  • Sample management, delivery of pre- and post-shoot production and the asset and artwork approval process
  • Supporting the delivery of international shoots in regards to samples and pre shoot production including carnet preparation
  • Coordinating styling sessions, including sample preparation and organisation
  • Creating and managing shoot sheets, select packs, asset packs and instore marketing trackers
  • Supporting partnership campaigns and larger campaign shoots
  • Providing flexible support across multiple Business Units based on business priorities
  • Responding to ad hoc marketing requests and changing Business requirements
  • Supporting the marketing exec team to ensure continuity of delivery during periods of peak activity or team absence
  • Maintaining excellent working relationships with multiple senior Marketing stakeholders and have regular progress catchups on project statuses

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
