Entry Level Recruiter (2026 Intake)
Location: St Albans, Hertfordshire Salary: £26,800 base salary + uncapped commission + excellent benefits

About the Role
Acceler8 Talent, part of the Understanding Recruitment Group, is a specialist technology recruitment business with offices in St Albans and Boston. We partner with some of the most innovative companies across AI, machine learning, quantum computing, silicon photonics, and other emerging technology markets. We're looking for driven graduates to join our 2026 intake.
Whether you're graduating in 2026 or looking to start a career in a fast-paced, people-focused industry, you'll receive the training, support, and structure needed to succeed from day one.
During this role, you’ll:
- Build relationships with both candidates and clients
- Source and engage top tech talent
- Manage the recruitment process from interview through to the offer stage
- Develop strong communication and commercial awareness skills
- Build deep knowledge of specialist tech markets

You’ll be part of a structured training programme, delivered by our in-house Learning & Development team. You’ll also receive ongoing support from experienced consultants, leadership teams, and peer mentoring. Your primary focus will be on candidate delivery, specialising in sourcing, screening, and talent engagement.
We’re not focused on candidates with previous recruitment experience—we’re looking for potential.
