At Instant Connections, we believe the best recruitment starts with genuine human connection. As specialists in marketing and events recruitment, our focus is on identifying potential, building relationships, and helping ambitious people discover opportunities where they can thrive. As demand for our clients continues to grow, we are expanding our Recruitment team and looking for someone who wants to build a career centred around people.

No previous recruitment experience is required. We provide structured training from day one, giving you the skills and support needed to develop into a confident talent acquisition professional.

About the Opportunity

Unlike traditional recruitment, this is a highly interactive and people-focused environment. You will spend your time engaging with prospective candidates in person, attending marketing campaigns and events, introducing people to career opportunities, and identifying individuals whose personality and ambitions align with our clients and company culture.

Every day presents new conversations, new environments, and new opportunities to develop your confidence and communication skills.

This is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting new people, thrives in social settings, and prefers active, face-to-face interaction over repetitive office-based work.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
