The Opportunity
You will join our Newcastle office as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, learning how to build and manage your own specialist market within Cloud, Data, and AI recruitment.
No technical background required. Full training provided.
What You’ll Learn and Do
- Build relationships with clients and grow new business
- Source, engage, and manage candidates end to end
- Run interview processes and manage offers
- Develop negotiation and closing skills
- Work towards clear targets and commercial goals

What Success Looks Like
We are looking for graduates who show:

Experience in work, sales, customer service, internships, sport, or societies is a bonus, not a requirement.
