About the Role
As a Recruitment Executive, you’ll join one of Harnham’s specialist Data & AI teams through our structured Academy programme. This role provides:
- Strong foundations in recruitment, sales, and market knowledge
- Clear progression opportunities built in from day one
You’ll combine classroom learning with on-the-job experience, guided by your Manager and our dedicated Learning & Development Lead.
The Harnham Academy Journey
Months 1–3: Learn & Master 180 Recruitment
- Sourcing active, passive, and hard-to-find candidates through:
- Job boards
- Referrals
- Database searches
- Writing and posting compelling job adverts
- Screening, qualifying, and managing candidates through the interview process
Months 3–6: Choose Your Path
- Option 1: Continue developing as a high-performing 180 recruiter, building deeper expertise in candidate management.
- Option 2: Progress into full 360 recruitment, including:
- Developing business development skills
- Managing clients
- Owning the full recruitment lifecycle
