TYG is hiring Graduate Recruitment Consultants to join our next Recruitment Academy in September 2026.

We are looking for ambitious graduates to join a group intake and be an excellent addition to our company culture. You'll start alongside other consultants in the same stage of their career, learning, developing, and progressing together.

No previous recruitment experience is required. If you're ambitious, hardworking, and looking to build a rewarding career where your success is directly linked to your own effort and results, TYG could be the place for you!

TYG is a London-based recruitment consultancy specialising exclusively in the US Architecture, Engineering, and Construction sectors.

We have built a strong reputation with over 10 years in our markets and have grown to a team of 25 people. We partner with businesses across the US, helping them hire top talent within highly skilled and technical sectors.

Our culture is ambitious, collaborative, and performance-driven. We invest heavily in training and development and provide graduates with a structured pathway to build long-term careers within recruitment.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Building relationships with clients and candidates across the US market
  • Identifying and approaching top talent within specialist industries
  • Managing the recruitment process from initial contact through to placement
  • Negotiating offers and closing deals
  • Developing your own client portfolio and market knowledge
  • Working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
