Entry Level Recruitment Consultant | Hunter Philips

The Opportunity
This is an entry-level position designed for people with little or no recruitment experience.
- Learn how to build relationships with clients and candidates.
- Develop specialist market knowledge.
- Manage recruitment projects from initial brief through to successful placement.
- Over time, you'll develop your own market, build long-term partnerships, and become a trusted advisor within the renewable energy sector.

What You'll Be Doing
- Building relationships with professionals across international markets.
- Identifying and engaging specialist talent.
- Supporting clients with contract hiring requirements.
- Managing recruitment processes from qualification through to placement.
- Developing expertise within your specialist market.
- Working towards individual and team performance goals.
