Entry Level Recruitment Consultant | Hunter Philips

The Opportunity

This is an entry-level position designed for people with little or no recruitment experience.

  • Learn how to build relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Develop specialist market knowledge.
  • Manage recruitment projects from initial brief through to successful placement.
  • Over time, you'll develop your own market, build long-term partnerships, and become a trusted advisor within the renewable energy sector.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Building relationships with professionals across international markets.
  • Identifying and engaging specialist talent.
  • Supporting clients with contract hiring requirements.
  • Managing recruitment processes from qualification through to placement.
  • Developing expertise within your specialist market.
  • Working towards individual and team performance goals.
